Greenway Woods is an oasis on the outskirts of some of Mpumalanga’s busiest business hubs. Settled just on the other side of White River, our lodge is surrounded by lush green vegetation and towing trees, two characteristics that give our lodge its name.

About White River
White River is roughly 30 minutes away from Nelspruit, Mpumalanga’s capital city. It has gained a reputation for being upmarket, laidback, and having cooler weather than Nelspruit is often a plus for many visitors. The town has everything you could expect, from some of the finest dining to quaint bookshops and the best places to have coffee. The restaurants in White River offer all kinds of food, from Mexican to Vegan.
The town is one of a few on route to the Kruger National Park. In fact, Numbi Gate is only a 15 minute drive away and is often used by park visitors and safari companies alike. Those visiting the Kruger Park, and who are looking for a nearby place to stay, Greenway is a perfect choice. We are just a short drive away from White River and as such, our lodge is nestled in a lovely quiet spot. In our part of the world, you’ll be well away from the day to day noise that is to be expected from a busy town. But we are not so remote that you won’t find plenty of things to do.
Other than taking a trip into the Kruger, you could head the other way and visit Hazyview. A tourist hot spot, Hazyview is the place for any adventurer. With Induna Adventures, the Skyway Trails and an elephant sanctuary, you’ll never be bored while in the town.
